With training held just one weekend a month, you can deeply immerse yourself without putting your life, work, or family on hold. This rhythm allows for real integration—time to practice, reflect, and apply what you’re learning between modules.
Life happens, and we honor that. That’s why we offer flexible options, including the ability to Zoom into class when needed and dedicated make-up weekends if a module is missed. Train alongside 10+ deeply passionate, experienced local instructors, each bringing lived wisdom and specialized expertise—from 500-hour EYT’s and physical therapists to Shamans and Reiki Masters. You’ll learn directly from healers, educators, and guides across many disciplines, gaining a rich, real-world perspective that bridges tradition, science, and soul.

Our training gives you a deep, embodied understanding of sequencing and class desig. Instead of memorizing routines or copying studio flows, you’ll learn how to build intuitive, intentional classes that respond to the energy in the room and the real needs of your students.
